Delete your account

You can permanently delete your DealBasket account and personal data at any time — from this page, or from Account → Delete account in the mobile app.

What deleting your account does

Your sign-in credentials, sessions, saved deals, notification preferences, and two-factor setup are permanently removed, and your name and email are scrubbed from the records we keep. This cannot be undone.

We retain orders, vouchers, redemptions, ledger entries, and audit logs, because we are legally required to keep financial and transaction records. Your personal details are removed from them.

Vouchers you already bought

Any active voucher stays valid and redeemable at the counter — the same code works exactly as before. What you lose is in-app access to view it and the ability to request a self-serve refund, so save your voucher codes before you delete your account.
